Unlike many of my peers in the real estate industry, I have never positioned myself as the “neighbourhood expert”. Instead, I’ve focused on providing useful real estate information, developing highly effective digital marketing, home staging, and the best client experiences – the things I believe make the biggest difference to my clients.
I chose to join with Blue Door Realty Group Inc., an independent boutique brokerage, because the traditional brokerage model was no longer working. Not for me, and not for my clients. Blue Door Realty Group allowed me the freedom to run my real estate business as I see fit.
Each of us are accomplished top producers in our own right who have joined together not to share business, but to share best practices and industry insight with each other. This collaboration ultimately makes for a better outcome for all of my clients.
Simply put, we have found a better way.
With a focus on client experiences, I went back to basics. No big promises that may appeal to your emotions but have no basis in reality. No fancy guarantees that make it sound like you can’t lose, that is until you read the fine print. No lofty claims of accomplishments that are not backed up by actual numbers.
I answer my texts and emails, and in the rare instance where I can’t reply right away, I return messages within an hour.
I tell you what I’m going to do, and then simply go do it.
